Process Update June 2026

New Autopay Enrollment Process — Billtrust

Clients are now enrolling in autopay through Billtrust instead of Client Connect. Client Connect autopay is being retired — any new enrollments must go through the Billtrust portal going forward.

If an office emails with autopay questions:
  • Clients currently enrolled in autopay through Client Connect do not need to re-enroll — their existing autopay will continue.
  • Any new autopay enrollments must be set up through the Billtrust portal at secure.billtrust.com/expresspros.
  • Direct the office to have the client log in (or register) at Billtrust, go to Account Settings, and select "Enroll in Autopay."
  • If the client needs help, the office can contact accounts-receivable@expresspros.com for assistance.
